Stonehill Communities has announced it is expanding its campus on Dubuque’s North End with the purchase of the nearby Windsor Park Retirement Apartments.
The building which was formerly the Xavier Hospital before being converted to apartments in 1989 was purchased by Stonehill from Callahan Construction at a cost of just over $8-million dollars. Stonehill says the building which has 79 apartment units will undergo some renovations and updates.
Stonehill also says current services and amenities available to residents will remain but will include the addition of coordinated health and wellness services
