Dubuque Police report a Dubuque man who was injured in a one vehicle accident earlier this month has died
Police say 83-year old Herbert Bisping died on Thursday at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.
Bisping was injured on November 13th on Kane Street when the vehicle he was driving veered off the road and stuck a utility pole. Officials say Bisping’s health rapidly declined due to the injuries he suffered and his age.
