A Dubuque man facing 4 counts of Sex Abuse in the 3rd degree in Fayette County has had his trial date moved to next year. 34-year-old Terry Choi was arrested by the Fayette County Sheriff in early April. Choi has pled not guilty to the charges and was scheduled to stand trial this week, but is now scheduled for February 19th.
The charges against Choi were filed after an investigation that started in March after a sexual assault report was filed by a minor victim at a gas station in Clermont where Choi was employed. Multiple other victims also allege they were sexually assaulted by Choi.
