The 2025 Winter Arts Snow Sculpting Festival is scheduled for February 6th thru 9th at Washington Park in downtown Dubuque.
The city in partnership with the Dubuque Museum of Art is currently seeking those interested in being snow artists to compete.
Professional, amateur, and collegiate teams from across Iowa and the Greater Dubuque region are invited to apply and participate. The winner receives a $1-thousand dollar cash prize. All teams are also eligible for the People’s Choice award voted on by those attending the festival and a prize of $300 dollars goes to the winner.
