The Executive Director of the Dubuque Regional Humane Society is stepping down and being replaced.
Doctor Noelle Chesney has announced she is leaving at the end of the month to relocate with her family to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Bob Citrullo has been named the new Executive Director beginning the job immediately.
DRHS says Citrullo has more than 17 years of progressive experience in animal welfare and has a deep knowledge of shelter operations and has experience in effective fundraising and community engagement.
