Dubuque Police have arrested a 52-year old Dubuque woman for playing a role in a burglary last year at convenience store in the city.
Yesterday police charged Kimberly Clark with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.
Clark is accused in helping in the break-in at the EZ Stop II at 700 Rhomberg Avenue on October 10th, 2023 and taking over 54-hundred dollars in cash and merchandise. The burglary also resulted in about 26-hundred dollars in property damage.
Another person who allegedly was involved in the burglary, 42-year old Michael Schueller of Dubuque was arrested earlier this year on the same charges.
