- 21 Dubuque swimmers advanced to the state meet following the regional meet the Dubuque Aquatic Center yesterday. The best finish was Senior’s Annie Gilligan with the Regional Title in the 200 Freestyle. Wahlert had 8 qualifiers, Hempstead had 7 qualifiers, and Senior will take 6 to the state meet
