Dubuque Woman Sentenced On Federal Drug Charges

A Dubuque woman will spend three years in federal prison on a drug conviction in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids.

25-year old Elaina Pfiffner was sentenced this week after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of parks and colleges.

Pfiffner admitted she was involved in a conspiracy with other individuals to distribute cocaine from 2017 through 2021 near University of Dubuque, Loras College, Madison Park, Jackson Park and Gay Park.
