The Dubuque County Fair Association has named a new General Manager.
The Association says John Bries of Asbury is the new GM replacing Kevin Kotz who recently retired for the roll after nearly eight years as manager.
Bries has served as president and CEO of several area businesses over the years. Most recently, he has been the Treasurer on the Executive Board for Bluff Strokes Art Center, a new local nonprofit for art education and for supporting artists.
