Wahlert Catholic High School all-state pitcher Foti Rigopoulous has committed to play college baseball at the University of Illinois. Rigopoulous declared his decision Sunday in social media post.
During his junior season on the mound Rigopoulous was 9-0 with a 2.02 ERA and 60 strikeouts in 66 innings. With his bat he hit .315 with nine doubles, one triple, three home runs and 31 RBIs.
