An Illinois teenager was injured after being hit by a vehicle in Dubuque and the driver of the vehicle drove away. Dubuque Police say it happened around 5 o’clock Thursday evening at the North Grandview Avenue-Delhi Street roundabout. Police say 17-year old Anelyse Sweeney was hit while walking in the crosswalk. Sweeney suffered minor injuries and was taken to Finley Hospital for treatment.
