The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union announced the regional tournament volleyball pairings for the tournament which begins next week.
- Class 5A: On October 24, Region 3: Hempstead is at Linn-Mar and in Region 7 Senior travels to Iowa City Liberty
- Class 4A Region 8 on October 22nd: Western Dubuque hosts Maquoketa
- Class 3A: Wahlert is the top seed in Region 4 and will host Tipton on October 22.
- Class 2A Region 3 Beckman Catholic the top seed. Cascade will host Alburnett on October 21st, with the winner at Beckman on October 23rd. Also in that region on the 23rd, Bellevue hosts Northeast.
- Class 1A Region 2 on October 21st, Marquette Catholic travels to Easton Valley.
