The Iowa State Patrol has released the names of those involved in a fatal crash involving a semi-truck and tractor in Jackson County last Thursday on Highway 61 near the intersection of 196th Avenue. The crash closed the highway for several hours afterwards
The Patrol says the person who died is 48-year old Tamara Lazak of Muskegon, Michigan who was a passenger in the semi driven by 32-year old Andrew Lindemann of Victoria Texas. Lindemann had to be airlifted to University of Iowa Hospitals following the wreck.
The tractor operator Randall Diesling of Maquoketa was also injured and taken by ambulance to Finley Hospital in Dubuque for treatment.
