Two Dubuque men now face federal level charges for alleged production and distribution of child pornography.
35-year old Justin Paisley and 40-year old John Dixon have been charged in U.S. District Court of Northern Iowa each with one count of conspiracy to sexually exploit a child, one count of sexual exploitation of children, one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of receipt of child pornography. Dixon also received one additional charge of possession of child pornography.
Paisley and Dixon were arrested earlier this year by Dubuque Police and are accused of producing the porn from September 2023 up until the time of their arrests in May. The indictment alleges Paisley’s involvement spans further back to spring of 2022 and involved the exploitation of multiple minors.
