A Dubuque man was injured over the weekend in a one vehicle crash. The Dubuque County Sheriff says the crash happened Sunday morning around 12:30 on east bound Highway 20.
Authorities say a vehicle driven by 32-year old Michael Boen attempted to pass a vehicle and lost control and went into median before striking a guardrail and coming to rest on the side of the road. Boen turned down medical treatment at the scene. He was charged with failure to maintain control.
