Dubuque Police say a second man has been arrested and is charged with two counts of attempted murder for a shooting incident in 2022.
35-year old Michael Rogers of Dubuque was arrested on Wednesday and is in the Dubuque County Jail on $100-thousand dollars bond. He was being held on other charges at the Elm Street Correctional Facility.
Police say Rogers was with 23-year old Tavon Baylock during a drive-by shooting at two men in another vehicle near the intersection of Central Avenue and 23rd Street on June 23rd of 2022.
Baylock was arrested by Dubuque authorities last week following his extradition from Illinois and is also charged with two counts of attempted murder.
