The interim CEO of Dubuque’s Crescent Community Health Center is removing the interim tag from his title.
Crescent says Chad Wolbers who was announced as the Interim CEO in July will be taking over the job permanently.
Wolbers most recently worked as the founder of DaraGroup consulting firm, and before that was president and CEO of UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital from 2019 to 2023. He also worked at the hospital as chief operating officer from 2008 to 2015.
Crescent said Wolbers served as interim CEO successfully and was ultimately determined to be the best person for the job permanently.
