A Dubuque man has received his prison sentence after pleading guilty recently to charges of second-degree sexual abuse,
distribution of drugs to a person under 18, two counts of indecent contact with a child and three counts of child endangerment.
34-year old Ryan Steege was handed a sentence of 25-years in prison as part of a plea deal while two other charges were dropped.
Steege was arrested by Dubuque Police in September 2022 after being found to have had indecent contact with a girl younger than 13 in 2021 and 2022 and also providing the girl and some underage friends with marijuana on multiple occasions.
