Dubuque Police have arrested a man for allegedly pulling a handgun during a large disturbance earlier this summer near a Dubuque Park.
This morning 24-year old Bryan Black was taken into custody and charged with going armed with intent, participating in a riot, and two other charges for the incident which occurred in the area of West 16th and Main Streets during the noon hour on July 31st.
Following an investigation, police say they used traffic camera footage from cameras in Jackson Park to help them identify Black as the man seen pulling a handgun from the area of his waistband during the scuffle with other men.
Black is being held without bond in the Dubuque County Jail.
