A Dubuque man was arrested Sunday evening after reportedly holding a pocket knife to another man’s throat.
Dubuque Police say 72-year old Donald Krier was taken into custody at his home on a charge of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
Police say Krier and another man were involved in a heated exchange of words and the other man told police Krier pulled the knife and held it up to his neck. The other man reportedly push him away and the two parted ways.
