Three people were taken into custody for their alleged roles in an armed robbery earlier this summer in Dubuque.
Police say Friday night they arrested 23-year old Tanaveius Shropshire and 21-year old Abigail Smith on warrants charging them with first degree robbery. Saturday morning, 21-year old Jakobe Jones was also arrested on the same charge.
Shropshire, Smith, and Jones are accused in the hold up 30-year old Logan Wilhelm of Preston on June 30th.
Wilhelm told police he was at a bar and was offered a ride home by a female later identified as Smith. She then allegedly drove Willhelm to the area of West 16th and Catherine streets where he was struck on the head and robbed of his phone and wallet at gunpoint.
