A Dubuque man died in a one vehicle accident late Wednesday night. The Dubuque Police Department says it happened at around 11:15pm in the 800 block of Peru Road.
Police say the vehicle driven by 41-year old Timothy Morris went off the road and ran into a garage at 804 Peru Road. Morris suffered serious head injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to MercyOne Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The accident remains under investigation.
