There’s some good news for Dubuque college students again this year from the Jule, Dubuque’s public transit system.
For the second straight year, the Jule is announcing local college students will be able to ride at no cost.
To take advantage of the free rides, college students will need to display a valid school ID for the 2024-25 school year.
The Jule is also available for Dubuque kindergarten thru 12th grade students. Students in 6th-12th grades must present a valid school ID to be eligible for the free bus rides.
