A Dubuque man was injured over the weekend in a moped accident. According to Dubuque Police, the accident happened Saturday afternoon around 2:30 at the intersection of Carter Road and West 32nd Street.
Police say 34-year old Jack Cullers was going to fast when attempting to turn left and lost control of the moped. Cullers was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital for treatment. He was cited with failure to reduce speed to a reasonable and proper rate and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
