A 23-year old man was arrested Saturday evening and charged following an incident inside the Kennedy Mall.
Dubuque Police say M.D. Yousuf, an employee at one of the kiosks in the mall, was questioned after two girls aged 13 and 14 years reported he had been making them uncomfortable while they were walking around and then followed them into the female restroom at the northwest end of the mall. Police say during questioning Yousuf gave them a false identification.
Police say video surveillance from the mall aided them in their investigation in making the arrest of Yousuf on charges of 3rd degree harassment and interference with official acts.
