The Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association has announced the all-state teams.
One area player landed a spot on the All State Super Team of combined classes: Western Dubuque senior Collin McDermott received the honor
Class 4A
- Hempstead junior Reed Strohmeyer a first team choice while senior teammate Justin Potts landed on the third team.
Class 3A
- State semi-finalist Wahlert had two first team selections in Foti Rigopoulos and Will Specht. Brandon Cummer was named to the 3rd team.
- Western Dubuque’s Hunter Quagliano and Jake Goodman were named to the 2nd team and teammate Brett Harris a third team choice.
Class 2A
- Cameron Templeton of Marquette Catholic was a first team choice.
- Beckman Catholic landed two first team picks: Matt Florence and Luke Sigwarth.
- Cooper Hummel of Cascade was a 3rd team choice
