With the Mississippi River continuing to drop, the popular Cassville Ferry reopened earlier this week.
The ferry which transports vehicles across the Mississippi River from the Wisconsin side to the Iowa side at Millville opened up on Wednesday after being closed since June 22nd due to the flooding river.
Last year, the Pride of Cassville had just over 30-thousand riders while transporting 11,300 total vehicles.
