Greater Dubuque Development plans to offer workshops to help former Deere & Company workers find jobs. It comes after 34 people were laid off at John Deere Dubuque works Wednesday.
President and CEO of Greater Dubuque Development Rick Dickenson told our coverage partner KCRG if the affected workers can’t find another job in the community, Dickinson says he believes it would be a loss for Dubuque.
