BLT Chicken Wrap with homemade Sauce
Wraps:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut into dices or strips
1 ½ lbs. bacon, cooked crisp, chopped
1 container grape tomatoes, halved
1 head Romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Large flour tortilla wraps
Sauce:
½ cup Mayo
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
To assemble the wrap, place the lettuce, chopped bacon, chicken, tomatoes and cheddar cheese onto the tortilla wrap. Drizzle with sauce. Wrap tightly and enjoy.
