Cheddar Bay Biscuit Beef & Pepperoni Pizza 

1 (11.36 oz.) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

¾ cup water

4 tbsp. butter, melted

1 ½ cups pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 pkg. sliced Pepperoni

1 lb. Ground Beef, cooked, crumbled and drained 

Preheat oven to 425-degrees F.  Spray a 15 x 10” rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.  Line with parchment paper (optional, but makes clean up easier). 

In a large bowl, mix biscuit mix according to package directions using water and shredded cheddar cheese.    

Add a little vegetable oil to your fingers and press the biscuit dough into the prepared baking pan.  Melt butter and add seasoning packet.  Mix. Brush over the pizza dough.  Bake for 8-10 minutes.  Remove from oven and add a layer of pizza sauce.  Top with mozzarella cheese and pizza toppings.  

Bake pizza for another 8-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.  

(Pizza topping suggestions:  Onions, green bell pepper, olives, bacon, mushrooms, ham, chicken, tomatoes, etc.).

(you can use a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, but the crust will be thicker and will take a few extra minutes to cook).
