Two men from Dubuque County have been appointed to state boards by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds.
Brian Powers has been named by Reynolds to the Accountancy Examining Board, and John Hasken to the State Workforce Development Board.
The appointments are pending confirmation by the Iowa Senate.
