A Flood Warning continues on the Mississippi River with no end in sight. The latest river level this morning shows the Mississippi at Dubuque sitting at 22.2 with a slow rise. The latest forecast from the National Weather Service shows the river now reaching 22.4 feet sometime Tuesday and staying above 22 foot level through at least next Friday.
The U.S. Coast Guard order to prohibit recreational boaters on the Mississippi at Dubuque and elsewhere continues until further notice.
